This is intuitive mentoring for the modern woman!
Lauren takes an individual and intuitive approach to each of her clients, learning through the years that there is no “one size fits all” aspect to health and wellness. We are all an accumulation of differing stories and beliefs, we all need different forms and structures of mindfulness, movement, self-care and nutrition in order to thrive. The one thing each program will have in common, is a deep focus and relationship with the natural world.
In these sessions we take a deep dive together into understanding YOU. Your daily habits, how you feed yourself, how you show up in your work and relationships and most importantly how you make time for rest and taking care of yourself.
Working with Lauren in a 1:1 setting gives you access to her multifaceted approach to health and the healing path. She takes her healing expertise and puts it in your hands.
Mentoring starts at $400 a month (meeting 1x per week) , sold in 3 month packages.

Period Tracking and Attunement Package
This package was created for all the women who give a fuck about what is going on inside of their own body. This package breaks down the need to know aspects of period tracking. No fancy device, no app (though we will discuss and you can keep those things too) just you, your body, intentional touch, intimate observation and feminine embodiment. This is everything you never learned in Sex-Ed and everything you will be discussing on girls nights from here on out.
What you get:
-One 1:1 session with Lauren to deconstruct your relationship to your menstrual cycle and take a deep dive in what you already know and understand, discuss any preconceptions you may have about your bodies cycle and an individualized place to start.

Reiki Energy Healing
It is my full belief that in order to heal something, you must fully feel it first.
When our body is met with unprocessed emotions and trauma it is stored and kept in our body through energetic blocks. These alchemize and show up as symptoms. Through your Reiki and Energy Healing session, Lauren will use ancient techniques to connect with the life force energy to guide healing energy through your body. These sessions can be helpful on your healing path as the underlying or unsaid and unheard messages of your body have a more clear path to resonance.
You may notice feelings of epiphanies, unlocked memories, the movement of stagnant energy and or a fluctuation in how your energy feels overall. This is a sacred practice of intention and connection to the greater whole. Reiki is for all walks of life and can be beneficial to all spiritual and religious paths.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Mentoring
This is an application only opportunity. Space is limited!
Work with Lauren during any part of your journey from maiden to mother. In these sessions Lauren takes time to listen to your anxieties and excitements that come during this transitional time. Focusing on mindfulness, movement, self-care, nutrition and nature based care practices we come up with a daily structure to help you fully embody this phase of life. But don’t worry, we also discuss how birth works, create a birth and postpartum care plan and get down to even the tiniest of details like what you should pack in your hospital bag.
Not pregnant yet but preparing your body to build life? This is a great opportunity for you to get 1:1 guidance on how you and your partner can prepare fully nourished vessels to bring that twinkle in your eye, earth-side.
